No Halo 4 on PC

I'm a PC player. No Halo 4 for PC? (yawn)

I'm still playing Halo 2 on pc because it's the best, purest halo experience you can have. No armor unlocks or CoD ranks. 

Considering every other Halo game made for PC, believe me when I say this: us PC players don't care.

Yeah the Microsoft Studios Jackasses were all dropped on their head as children. If you are "share the Halo experience with as many fans as possible" Why only sell it ON ONE MEDIA SOURCE! I am sorry but this is stupid business you have a demand supply it. You are not only pissing on your fans but you are also loosing out on money. We are all practically handing you money at your feet and what do you do Microsoft? You just completely ignore it. This is one reason I do not buy a 360 and took my business elsewhere because they do this elitist crap with their crappy console which with the exception of the Wii has the lowest graphics and the highest failure rate out of ANY CONSOLE in the past 2 DECADES!  

Buying consoles are a waste of money and time, i reckon its much easier buying a pc and having it for many years that can play any game created by mankind and you wont have to spend hundreds on a console all you do is buy a video card or ram and your set for the next couple of years. Pc also has cheaper game than consoles do and better graphics and more flexibility with games. And yes i want this game on pc but whats the point if there isnt 3 out for pc, microsoft is retarded and always will be end of story.

The only good thing about Halo is its multiplayer. PC has Natural Selection 2. We have no need for Halo.

Who cares? I'm still having a whale of a time with Borderlands 2 and with Far Cry 3 and Bioshock Infinite to come, my FPS needs looks to be comfortably covered for the next 6 months at least.  The dirty secret Microsoft is trying to conceal is that PC is a superior games platform to consoles and putting  Halo 4 on it will reveal its shortcomings as a console-designed game.

I don't usually play games, but when I do, I play on the PC. I expect great graphics and great gameplay. I will settle for nothing less. Stay thirsty my friends.

That's too bad. I've left Halo when my xbox 360 had 4 Rrods in 6 months. So if microsoft is thinking we're going to buy that crappy console just to play Halo, they're wrong.

Yes, i like Halo , hell , i've played Halo 1 and 2 on pc .. but from there i dont know what happenend, and hell i will not buy an xbox just for 1 game, not in this life .. sorry Microsoft, but if you use your brain and make a PC version, a good version not a ported one who just is unplayable, you will have my money for this frachise and the money of milions more like me.

What's goofy as F is that there is an Xbox live app on Windows 8.

I don't see why the fuck Microsoft can't put the damn game on PC. I mean, hell they're practically the forefathers of computer software. Most PC's have the Microsoft name, so its not like they'd be losing money porting it. I bet Microsoft would shit their pants if they saw the sales for the PC version. They should do what From Software did with Dark Souls and put a petition up to see how many people would actually buy it if they did ever do such a thing.

Not surprising right now, considering Gears and Halo ports to other consoles are becoming rarer and rarer.

I liked the simplicity of games on the 360 when it came out (it just worked, and it held it's own against PCs), but a lot has changed in the last few years.  Games on consoles just don't look as good as PC games do now, so I've gone back to PC as my primary platform.  I can still use my wireless xbox controller and big screen TV with the PC, and I get better textures, effects, frame rates and physics.  Not sure if I'll buy Halo 4 for the 360, or if I'll buy the next xbox.  2 years ago I would have bought it, but it's so overdue now, and with such long console cycles, PC feels like the way to go.  Too bad Microsoft isn't supporting it, because lets face it, the xbox is an NT kernel running DX9.  Not exactly a hard port to windows, which also runs an NT core and DX9/10/11.

Well you Sirs, have just missed out on $60 from me. I recently went back to PC FPS and will never go back to the mediocrity that is console shooters.I'm not having a stab at consoles, just sayin I'll be taking my hard earned elsewhere.

No plans because they don't own the hardware you play on so they can automatically obligate you into a contract to privately observe you.

M$ does not build PC's. They build Xbox's and that is where there gaming influence lies.

PC's don't give M$ the control they crave. Xbox works out of the box for them and they don't have to cater to the fools who whinge openly when something doesn't work on their modified rig or hacked/pirated games.
