Star Wars Bounty Hunter goes gold

LucasArts announces that development on the PS2 version of its next Star Wars adventure game is finished.

LucasArts has today announced that the PS2 version of Star Wars Bounty Hunter has gone gold, meaning that the game is finished and is being prepared for retail. In the game, players assume the role of Jango Fett and have to fight their way through 18 action-packed levels employing dual blaster pistols, toxic darts, and, of course, Fett's missile-equipped jetpack.

The PS2 version of Star Wars Bounty Hunter is scheduled for release on November 22--a week later than was originally planned. For more information, check out our previous coverage of the game. A previous coverage version of the game is also in development, and it should be arriving in stores on or around December 4.
