Stronghold: Crusader goes gold
Take-Two announces that the follow-up to last year's castle sim will be in stores at the end of the month.
Gathering of Developers, a division of Take-Two, has announced that Stronghold: Crusader is complete and will be shipping to stores by the end of the month. Stronghold: Crusader is a stand-alone follow-up to Stronghold, a real-time strategy game focused on building and defending castles. The new game uses the same engine as its predecessor but introduces new desert battles to the mix, with European knights duking it out against the Saracens.
Stronghold: Crusader is due out in late September. For more details, check out our previous coverage of the original Stronghold and Stronghold .
