Superman PS2 update
Infogrames releases new screenshots from the PlayStation 2 Superman game.
Infogrames has released several new screenshots from Superman: Shadow of Apokolips, its upcoming game for the PlayStation 2. The game is set against the backdrop of the animated television series created by Warner Bros., so it has a cel-shaded look. Players will have to thwart Lex Luthor's attempts to use alien technology as a means for destroying the man of steel. Shadow of Apokolips will have 15 levels, in which Superman will have to complete a series of objectives ranging from civilian rescues to boss battles.
Superman: Shadow of Apokolips is scheduled for release in the fall. The Xbox Superman game, Superman: The Man of Steel, should be out in Q3 2002.
