Appears quite a new idea for a post-apocalyptic scenario and I really plan to buy&play it, but great I find also the idea of Sony's C.A.M.P! initiative to support young Japanese developers with this game. And it seems they had quite some qualified testers to try it out (Toshihiro Nagoshi, Keji Inafune, Atsushi Inaba, Yoshinori Kitase, Suda Goichi...). -- Imitable example!

Sony plans to sell 10,000 more copies; pushes out new promotional ad in Shibuya district.
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has announced that survival action title Tokyo Jungle had topped the 200,000 sales and shipment mark. The sales figure was based on figures from June 7-22.
The unit numbers include both the shipment and sales of both the retail and downloadable versions of the game via PSN. In addition, Sony will be airing a commercial with the sole message of attempting to sell 10,000 more copies. This advertisement will be broadcasted on the public monitors located within the Shibuya district of Tokyo, Japan; the online version will be up on Sony's official site on July 6.
