It is a good game & the review was a little harsh. We had an Olympics party and also had US Gold, Olympic Gold, Int Track & Field booted up and everyone went mad for London 2012 even the wives who felt they could better join in due to the control mechanic.
UK chart: London 2012 holds top spot
Official tie-in takes gold for second week with sales boost; silver to Lego Batman 2; bronze to Mario & Sonic's Olympic effort.
An 88 percent surge in sales put London 2012: The Official Video Game in first place for a second week in the UK games chart.
Sega's London 2012 defended the top spot from Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, which stayed in the number two spot with a 15 percent drop-off in sales.
