Konami's extensive PlayStation 2 soccer title ships out today.
Late today, Konami kicked off World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International's retail campaign by announcing that the title has shipped to stores. The PlayStation 2-exclusive sports game is rated "E" for Everyone and costs $39.99.
Known as World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 outside the US, the game is the latest installment in the popular KCET-developed series. The game retains World Soccer Winning Eleven 6's modes, which include quick match, league, cup, training, and master league, but it refines the game's interface and controls. The game will also have a truly international flavor by featuring commentary in five languages, offering six stadiums, and including 50 national teams and more than 60 fictitious club teams with real-world players. GameSpot kicked World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International around in our preview.
