This game definitely marks the end of an incredible Phantasy Star series. Much llke Phantasy Star 2 in terms of gameplay, this chapter takes the game a step further and includes a lot of what is missing from today's RPG's: a good story and game length.
The only issue that is worth mentioning a negative about is the sound. The music tends to get a bit monotonous; but don't be fooled, that is a small complaint amidst a tremendous list of positives this game boasts. This is an Excellent game and those who have played ANY of the other games in the series should look into purchasing it and those new school gamers should try it to see just how good the old school STILL is! This game can be played alongside the other 2 Genesis Phantasy Star titles for $29 on the PSP or PS2. Definately a bargain consiering that this title was $100 when it first came out on the Genesis!!!
