Eric Ladin, the voice of Cole in Infamous 2, seems to have confirmed Snake and Nathan Drake will be included as he's been working with David Hayter and Nolan North:

Honestly Drake and Cole seemed like obvious picks so that didn't surprise me. And Snake really is more associated with the Playstation than Nintendo anyway. Now I wonder if Sonic will follow Snake as Snake basically opened the door that yes third party characters will be in this.
