"Landorus is gone! What???"

"Landorus will appear and float down towards you, resting in front of the shrine. He won't fight you immediately and will stay there indefinitely until you defeat or capture him. There's just no way to make him appear without having both Tornadus and Thundurus in your party."

But, when I faced his for the FIRST time, I had to run because I ran out of pokeballs. The weird part is, is that after I ran, Landorus flew away...I don.t understand what happened here. Will he come back? FYI: no i didnt kill him, just ran from the battle
