Where can I find the bow gun ?

I want to know the exact location of the bow gun please

It's inside the military training facility. when you walk through the door inside the facility you will see a stair case to your right take it! At the top of the stairs go left to the end of the hallway. go through the door and IT'S ON THE DESK BY THE DOG CAGES. THE BOWGUN IS IN PLAIN SITE!
