ah well now it's august the first us Brits can finally say THIS GAME IS OUT NEXT MONTH i hope we'll be getting at least some of the DLC built into the game as an apology for the delay and a thank you for our patience

Time to rock out with your console and perhaps learn some tunes along the way. Rocksmith will be available in the UK this September on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Unfortunate the UK delay is so long, but it's worth it. I haven't had as much drive to play my guitar in my life til I got the game because it taught me how to play in a way I could understand without me wanting to just give up for things being too hard.
Ubisoft is having legal issues with the Rocksmith name over there given that there is a UK band that apparently already has rights to the name Rocksmith--hence the delay.
Jeezies Creezies, you guys have to wait practically for a year for a release of a game that is completely in the same language!? The only thing I could imagine is maybe exchanging a few songs that are more UK oriented? But at the same time there is only a couple distinctly US popular songs and the rest are kind of worldly popular. Either way pick it up when you can I've been playing for years and this came still helped with certain playing aspects and is totally beginner friendly.
SEPTEMBER! What on earth? That's how long it takes to go "straight from the US" apparently.
