    Do the survival challenges only show up in locations that you haven't already beaten a survival thing in? Or are they all completely random? I'm driving around the city in circles trying to trigger one, but maybe there's an easier way to do this?

    I get those annoying calls every time I go into the first crib. Drives me crazy because I press Triangle sometimes to enter the menu, and the phone rings a millisecond before n forces me to accept the mission.

    I don't think you get the calls while in a vehicle, only when on foot.
