Check out the Portimao track on a nice sunny day.
is game-developers lazyness a product now ?? ..mx vs atv looks a lot better and runs at 60 fps.. this video shows us nothing better than what we've seen on sbk X ..a game were it was almost impossible to control the bike due to one of the slowest input/control responsiveness that i've ever seen in a console game..I am a simulation handling fan and will always support the effort to make racing games more realistic but this game's input/control sampling rate is very very poor ..plus, why is this game running at 30 fps and with such a huge latency on the bike's control ? ..when we have games like mx vs atv and forza 3 looking better and running perfectly on the same hardware system ?? ..please ..don't waste our precious time until you have first done all your homework milestone and black bean games. good things about sbk x: physics, graphics bad things about sbk x: 30fps, engine sound, input latency, poor addictiveness
after watching this.. what's the difference between SBK X and SBK 2011? why not just make DLC for 2011 data?
I wish in just ONE video for ANY racing game for bikes, they'd show gameplay with somebody actually good at the game, you cannot tell anything at all really from the gameplay when they play like this... Well, except that it's on bikes and things like that, before anybody tries to be a smartass >_> I mean I'm ok with things like letting the back slide out a bit, that (potentially) shows realism, but when I see the bike sliding out like that, then the guy catching it (which is very difficult on a bike in real life, and it does say at the begining there are no assists), but then that same guy has to brake multiple times while approaching just one corner after a straight... Makes it hard to believe that there isn't a bunch of traction control going on.
I'm an xbox fan... but i'm sorry - graphics in this game is GOOD? You should look at Gran Turismo 5 and you'd know what GOOD means.
I like to watch the championships on tv but playing it is not fun. The best feeling on motorbike was in TDU and Paradise Burnout. That is my opinion folks.
graphics look real good but especially racing games should be played by yourself to get the "feeling" (or one should wait for a review) - oh, and the bang noises of the exhaust are too often and kinda annoying.. (also, the sound of the engine was not that good in my opinion)
why let go of the gas when going around a corner? what is he thinking? thats when everyone else slows down he needs to book it
