Is it me or does the AI just pile up for you to kill? The AI in Unreal Tournament was better.
1 Like holy crap i can't believe i was once interested in this game. This game is the pinnacle of FPS cliches, and it does it in such a mediocre manner.
what the HELL. What in gods name is driving developers making Free 2 play, pay2win games ??????????? IT's driving me NUTS.
@Shelledfade1 Money. People are paying, so that business model is plenty profitable. Probably even more profitable then releasing a full retail version of the game followed by dlc's releases every once in a while.. Also, that business model makes the game a lot more accessible to a wider array of gamers ranging from the most dedicated to the most lazy. In other words the game doesn't evolve into an elitist game dominated by a few.

2 Like if you want a F2P FPS with some more dimension than this old tired setup try Planetside 2. This Warface (lol at that name) looks like garbage and plays worse than CS source...
@zneno planetside sux so bad, everything looks good till u start playing, movement is bad, targeting, and shooting anemies is mostunplayabla part, u ever hardly see who killed you and u rarely will see enemies to shoot from closer range, only u will see whole game is far far far way dots wich u shoot and they shoot u, game is epic fail!Also its a game for PAY TO WIN noobs!
@666NightsInHell @zneno Nonsense, you obviously haven't really played the game. It's a very solid shooter on an epic scale with deep multiplayer mechanics. You need to have a good pc and be willing to work with others tthough.
If you want to just shoot stuff on your own, go play BF3/COD/Crysis 3.
I didn't really see this game doing anything more than what's already been done. It's your basic military FPS. The graphics that you see in the video is exactly what the game looks like. Maybe I'm somewhat disappointed in that because I was expecting better graphics for it to be running on CryEngine3, then again maybe I should be saying that for a web-based game, it looks good in that aspect. Also, the initial download took about an hour and today when I went to play, it downloaded again, which I'm guessing was an update, but it took a half hour to complete. I guess my question is every time they make an update, are we looking at long download times when we are ready to just jump in and start playing with our friends? I also hope they add support for controllers later on.
the game looks much better than this visually, The stream compression makes this look like a ps2 game graphic wise.
2 Like Wow. They think this is the future of gaming. But they are in for a surprise. Most, not all, but most F2P games are not very good. What do you expect from a game called Warface? Seriously??
F2P = We think you the gamer are stupid and will get hooked. Then you will gives us hundreds of dollars in microtransactions for dumbed down games with no single player. SP is just as popular as it ever was. Just because COD is successful, doesn't change the fact that many SP are doing well. Most recently, Dishonored.
1 Like @XxTheEvilxX A common ignorance amongst the console crowd, not surprising with it's limited sub-par multiplayer offerings, with COD leading the crowd it's a dying MP platform.
Not everyone wants a pure SP experience, it's not dumbed down at all, that's COD, if your spending hundreds of dollars your using the system wrong.
Game is fine, played the beta.
@SteamyPotatoes I played the game and it sucks. You can like it, but it doesn't mean I have to. F2P is a bogus format. That is my opinion. And I am free to express it any way I choose. If you like it, then buy all means, invest in it. PC vs Console discussions are for trolls with too much time on their hands. I like both. And couldn't care less what you think about the console crowd.

PC is still the ultimate gaming machine because consoles just don't have computing power. And I hope that consoles one day figure out better MP offerings than what is currently out there.
@XxTheEvilxX Fair enough but I said "amongst" not "the" crowd, I play console too , just wish there were better multi-player games on console that haven't died already.

Anyway, you really like the game more the sum of its parts? I mean you prefer Dishonored over Undying/Bioshock/Thief/Half-Life, games from which it drew its inspiration (the same devs of the Thief series, under a different name) ?

But i would like to know how you celebrated being first ? did you phone/text all your friends with the great news that you were the first person to post on a Gamespot thread ? or did you run around the house with your shirt over your head celebrating what must have been a tremendous moment in your life ?
