Mario Kart 7: Underwater, Gliding, and Kart racing.

Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed: Above water instead of underwater, Flying instead of Gliding,  and still Kart racing but more based on speed than on items.

Heck yeah! Between Mario Kart 7 and Sega Racing Transformed, 3DS has the best racing games to ever be on a handheld.

i wouldn't mind having characters from panzer dragon or shining force into this game.....

i just hope they make the tracks crazier, i mean with more shortcuts and alternate pathways. Maybe they can make it feel, like those tracks from the first sonic riders, they were great!!!

I did not get into the first one because it felt too much like Mario Kart, although I do believe it was a great game. However, I feel this is a step up from the first and I may look into it. I hope there are balanced items and good online modes. Off topic: Anyone remember the CTF mode from Crash Nitro Kart? That would be great for future kart-racing games.

This I would buy alway been a fan of Sonic. It's kind of like Diddy Kong Racing on the N64 with transforming crafts instead of choosing craft.

Yea the first one was a lot of fun and colorful, etc. I've always liked Mario kart but it's a nice alternative and has more edge. This definitely adds more edge so look forward to it!

Crazy taxi, jet set radio, sonic, and seems theres a quite a bit of strategy in a racer, you got it Sega. Keeping my eye and most likely a purchase. No DLC of characters and its a confirm purchase.

i played the first one it was ok ill prob pick this up but i wish it was only Sega All-Stars i hate the fact thay put Sonic & Sega All-Stars most times thay add way to much sonic and less ture all stars but guess will see

Seems like sega's been doing things right since Sonic Generations, which is really good. Good luck, if it's good, I'll buy it for my Vita, 'couse racing games on the go are pretty cool.

This looks awesome. I understand people trying to make the Mario Kart connection but this seems to offer a car racing experience vs a kart racing experience. (No Im not splitting hairs there is a big difference) Yes they intergrated water and air portions to tracks but this game offers a flying experience Nintendo hasnt tried since Diddy Kong Racing (which should either be brought back or have it's flying mechanics lifted for the next Mario Kart). As for the water portions of the tracks, this game offers a boat racing experience that to looks awesome and way differnt from what Mario Kart 7 offered. I love Mario Kart 7, don't get my wrong... All I'm saying is Kart Racing =/= Car Racing Plane Racing =/= Glider Racing Boat Racing =/= Underwater Kart Racing

This isn't really a kids game this is decent challanging game more so then mario kart.

The one before this was awesome, really fun to play with friends, I will definitely check this one out

looks good, cool to see crazy taxi, and i think the hang on cycle, in the trailer i wonder if they will add a Ferrari lookalike to round out the sega racer line of vechiles...

looks great! i skipped the first but might have to check this one out. MK7 did the whole submarine/plane thing already but this looks different. and as GS said MK7 wasnt the first to do that type of thing anyway, diddy kong racing on n64 was. wonder how the next MK on Wii U will play, but this looks like itll be a good game to tie me over till then!

OH YEAH!!! kinda reminds me of Diddy Kong racing but whatever!! i read that Vyse from skies of Arcadia may be in this one. I hope though that Sega doesn't change their mind about a pc digital download version. Cant w8!!!!
