@danusty They're not complete, but you can find online replays with the "incomplete" characters...  Nice try Capcom...

I'm gonna try to be fair here:

1) Capcom screwed up with the "DLC". But then again, there are TONS of games that came out with on-disc DLC. Remember Arkham City? Example 1 right there. Here's a little hint: If something of note-worthy size you've downloaded (new characters, new maps, so on) takes like 2 seconds to actually download, you're dealing with on-disc DLC. If a game already has things such as online "passes", then there's probably more on-disc crap you don't know about. Capcom wasn't the first to do this, and they pledged not to release another version of this game (doesn't look like it'll be happening since they aren't backing down from the $20 price tag on the characters). Why do they eat so much hate for something others do? Re-releasing the game with the characters for $40 is MUCH worse than paying an extra $20 for the characters, especially seeing how now, if I honestly don't care about all 12 of them, I don't have to get them anyway just to have the most up-to-date version of the game. That's why I couldn't give two spits as to if they were on disc or not. It's still a better deal than "Super SF X TKN". "Fans" seem to forget to look at the big picture sometimes.

2) However, Capcom screwed up on launch date. It's a better game NOW, but it was screwed up for months from before. It's literally like they released it into an open beta of sorts. Not good for a professional look. Their approach to making fighters more accessible to newcomers is also backfiring. Assist gems can be used by pros, and assist gems can be preeeeeeeetty damn powerful. Too powerful. Still, they reserved the right to make changes to gem effects, so I trust in them to do so. Regardless, the assist gems kind of fked over the whole "gem system" thing. I don't think fans will ever trust it again. Shame too, cause the default boost gems were handled rather well. Also, pay-2-own gem packs? Come on, Capcom...you're better than this...=,=*

3) All in all, the game isn't necessarily "bad". It's more enjoyable than the spam fest that is UMVC3. I'm not saying people should bend over and take everything a company shoves in just to support them, but they should understand that they need to make sure they don't overreact when things get a tad sour, too. Sega fans didn't ditch Sonic for almost a solid DECADE of bad games, and he's finally improving. Capcom makes a few bad moves in a few years, and we get loads upon loads of Capcom "fans" saying they curse the company they "ever so loved as children". If that were the case, a few rough years wouldn't fk your entire opinion of the company over forever. Have patience. Be level-headed. At least fans finally got the whole "Super Street Fighter __________" thing out of the way.

Was it just me or did it seem like he just asked a bunch of questions that they already knew the answers to?

I think it may be a little pointless now i have it on ps3. Good to see some top games arriving to the vita though. I hope the cross play works.

What a rip that capcom did for 12 characters that were already on the disc. Making an extra 20 bucks with locked content on the disc. The guy said that there will be an update to improve the player, but I don't buy it, seems like a cover up for the 20 dollars per person.

remember when arcade machines used to time release characters.. for free? Like Ultimate MK ? Those were the days... but that was arcade machines so its different you cant really compare it , and that was a whole different time - arcades are not what the used to be in the US. But i hear they are THE S*** in Japan !!!

@THEgodDELUSION1 I was in some at Hong Kong and Taiwan . . . they are crazy! Not to mention I got to play Tekken tag tournament 2 almost a year before its release. I wish the US had arcades like theirs.

Guess I'll be getting this game for the Vita afterall, 20 dollars for 12 characters....eh.

Eventually they'll make a new edition for it, I guess I'll wait till that to buy a console version.

oh sure they pushed up the release of those characters cause of players concerns about the Vita version...OOOOH so it DIDNT have anything to do with the on disk dlc issue people are upset about having half the game locked on the disk they already bought.....ok

I really believed they would reconsider, after how big they screwed up, on giving this DLC for free, like it should have been in the first place.Capcom needs to stop this half baked games, milking out money policy.

@white_windcheck out Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha ps1, i know its ancient now but it was the closest to tekken sf has ever been. Iv just purchased sf vs tekken, and i had the same attitude but i think it ll be fresh to play the tekken characters and moves along with the well loved and known sf army !!! :0

There's a reason they're doing two crossovers.

@ABEzilla116 I used to play Skullgirls, but thanks to the matchup system I haven't been able to find another player for weeks.  Admittedly I'm pretty bad at the game, though.
