SOmebody tell me how to not be a vampire anymore, I have 60 hours logged int o this game and cannot start over now?

First, why wouldn't you want to be one? Just feed everyday, you still have a normal character, and you get stat boosts.
But if you really want to get rid of it, do the vampire quest. Talk to Lucien Lachance and he will tell you to go to Skingrad to talk to the count(YOU MUST TALK TO LUCIEN FIRST). This will lead you on a quest where you will get the cure.
