A Chance Arrangement?

Ok i got caught pickpocketing during this mission and now i cnt seem to get passed it. It keeps telling me to locate Brynjolf in the Ragged Flagon, and when i go to him he doesnt move from the spot from the other mission. Ive been playing other missions since i got caught. So am i screwed at this point cuz theres no way of loading a saved game from the quest.

There are many glitches like this in Skyrim. Unfortunately the only sure fire way to fix them is to load a previous save. Since you can't do that, there really doesnt look like there are many options for you. Try getting sent to prison again after attacking Brynjolf and then submitting to the guards. It may reset him.
