Creating fortify restoration potions.

1. Make a Fortify Restoration potion
2. Open inventory and drink the potion
3. While the inventory is open take off all your Fortify Alchemy Gear
4. Without leaving the inventory put the Fortify Alchemy Gear back on
5. Repeat till desired effect

Yes, you put the necklace on before drinking the potion. you dont have to shout for the test. Go to magic, look at active effects, find the talos amulet effect and see the cooldown %.

Two more questions:
If a 25% alchemy effect is on one of my amulets, do I need to be wearing that amulet along with the rest of my enchanted appearal before consuming, or do I need to equip the Amulet of Talos first? I have a ring, helm, bracers, and an amulet with 25% alchemy.
Is it possible to equip two enchanted rings at once?
