    Does anyone know that if you buy the DLC courses for this game....does it add any events to the actual career mode? and/or achivements? or it just a bunch of cool courses to play in the exhibition "play now" mode?

    Yes, DLC courses are used throughout your career mode (each year certain selected courses are used). Exhibition they are available too. Achievements, I don't believe so, just the normal course mastery level.
