So....since i did not play MvC3, should I get UMvC3?? Or stick with the original?? It seems in the review he was referring to people that had played the other game......so i did not know what he was talking about

They where going to release these characters by DLC, but since the earthquake in japan delayed everything, they decided to just make it a whole new game, which comes out less then it would have been if we payed for every DLC character individually. If you really don't want to buy it then don't, vanilla is still playable.

It's because Capcom releases this sheet not but half a year after the original, that's why it's bad.

I'm gonna wait till I can sell SF4 before getting this. Glad I was smart enough to hold out on buying MvsC3 otherwise i'd totally be pissed at capcom right now.

@diogofonseca In that case, I completely understand. If I went back to my country it would be $780. I understand where you're coming from, I guess people in america shouldn't complain.

@VikingPhobos I actually think that free is the only way to show respect to their consumers. Take myself for example: I'm Brazilian and used to live in the USA. While I was there I wouldn't really complain about it, as I could buy UMvsC3 for 50 bucks or even wait a little longer and buy it as an used game for less than that. Unfortunately, I'm back to Brazil and ps3 games cost 200 bucks and it doesn't matter if UMvsC3 is cheaper in US, it'll cost the same 200 bucks here. I bought SFIV and MvsC3 as soon as they were released. Now, like you said, I'll be smart and next fighting game I'll wait for the better one to come out. Still, I think that's BS.

@diogofonseca Not free but at least for a small fee. I do agree with you but, they can't do that on the disc.

You kids are not obligated to get this game. Can't you think for yourselves? Honestly when are people gonna learn that Capcom does this most of the time. That's why I only have SSFIV:AE and UMVC3 because I KNEW they would be releasing an expansion rather soon. I did the same thing with KoFXIII. I skipped KoFXII because I knew they'd have a better roster later on. Be smart people.

Im really hate this roster there are characters that should have not mad the lineup. Another thing this Roster should be way larger then this anyone remember Mugen. Im getting really tired of how Capcom is trying to line there pockets with DLC's. We the fans should have been able to play with all the characters of the previous Marvel vs Capcom, then the Cool new ones, then the bull crap characters nobody cares about.

Just got this yesterday and it's awesome! Could've used a few more game modes and better characters though (like Megaman and Venom)

Since when is this practice new for Capcom? This is the second version of MVC3. There were 2 versions of SFIV. Now go way back to SF II for the consoles. 2 versions. SFII and Super SFII. 2 versions. This is not new. I don't like it. But it's not new.

Strider Hiryu is one of the best characters overall because of versatile attacks like with his sword.

Capcom used to be damn near Rockstar status back in the day...shame they fell off bigtime with their greed...charging for cheat codes and constant remixes...what a joke.

@huyh172 Capcom is really pushing it. Three versions of Street Fighter and two versions of MvC3 (so far). Of course this isn't new for Capcom, but it's justifiable...where the hate is coming from.

oh and btw the game is not a bad deal and capcom isn't gonna make another one you supersticious pricks i for one am happy that this game is being made and am looking forward to playing it as they say "HATERS GONNA HATE"

this game looks awesome but in terms of the review he seemed like he wasn't enjoying himself for the most part and sounded bored like he didn't WANT to review the game

Guys, relax. They were going to release it as DLC instead of a whole game, but the earthquake and tsunami in Japan threw it off production, so they just decided to make a whole game.

This game is a must buy, if you love the mvc series and don't mind the missing kick buttons. I actual do mind about the missing kick buttons so eventually I will be getting it.

See I knew this was gonna happen and that is why I didn't buy MVC3: Fate of Two world, and since I know is gonna happen at least one more time, I'm not gonna buy this one either.....

Oh boo, this game sucks. Want a real fighting game? Play Mortal Kombat or soul calibur. One damn combo kills all three characters? C'mon, that's a rip-off.

Why don't they get good players play during a review. Show what the game can really do, not just LMHS combos.

i knew this was coming and am prepared to get this only cause i have points to trade for it. DLC characters you can go frapp yourselves though cause 1. Total Rip OFF! 2. It could have been put into the game But clearly Capcom, you just really want to rip us off don't you?
