I've been discussing few things with our lovely community manager Synthia, the conclusion is to create this space, this will be EU's official missing emblems reporting thread, the difference between this one and the one in the Tech-Support is that Synthia will be checking here every week to see what she can do.

Important things to consider before reporting:

1. Provide us with everything you have in order to prove your missing case, whether it's a link, a screenshot or a video.
2. Development Team emblems (such as Gears of War Contest emblems) can also be reported here.
3. There are few bugged emblems that can't be reported, check them here (read the first 3 posts).
4. Only posts to report emblems are allowed here.

Note: Synthia will no longer accept any missing emblems reporting through PMs, so everyone should use this thread instead.
