    It's a Voting Competition, relax.

The biggest heat since the last heroes competition is all about General RAAM beating some darn respectful villains. Regardless of what methods were used, the defeated simply couldn't get enough fans to actively participate in this gamespot voting competition. Lets us come to an understanding and quell some fires

General RAAM is a solid villain for this competition. Coming from the X360 and PC, he's got followers from 2 platforms. Granted that he has a tiny history comepared to those he defeated, it doesn't mean that it is an atrocity when he got more votes than the other villains. The competition is as simple as this, the villain that got more votes moves on to the next round. It may be shocking that he got more votes than some villains, but ultimately that's what it meant. He got more votes.

To vote, you must be a member on gamespot, you need to know english, you need access to the internet, and more importantly you need to know of this competition. Last year when Mario was defeated by Gordon Freeman, there was a huge spread of this competition among steam members, and that is one big reason why Gordon went on to win it. Had the final fantasy fans cared enough about their villains in this competition, they should've spread it around in their FF community. And it is exactly that, a popularity contest.

If you care enough to whine about this competition's results, instead, you should use that effort to help invite friends to help your favorites get a victory. Or better yet, play some games and defeat those evil villains you hate so much.
