  First Impressions: Last of Us

  I have been really enjoying my new PS plus membership.  Downloaded three games since I got it, had to clear out a ton of the hard drive to do it, but free games are well worth it!  If I understand this correctly, I can re-download games as long as I keep my membership up, so thats pretty spiffy.  In the meantime, Last of Us came in the mail, but as many of you may have seen, I played Fallout 3 over it.  Tells you something right there, doesnt it?
  
  Last of Us has a pretty engaging story from the very beginning.  The staples of Naught Dog are there, the strong male lead, the supporting female characters, great visuals.  What is lacking is some polish.  Some of you may say, Hina, for the love of Pete, are you never okay with games?  That isn't it, but Joel's hand goes through solid objects and Tess has walked through him many, many times.  Those kinds of issues take me out of a sort of zone while playing, as I'm sure it does for you as well.
  
  I did get the post-pandemic edition of the game, and let me tell you, the statue is worth the price, by itself.  I mean, wow.  The detail is great, very well done.  The rest of the extras are nice, for sure, but that one takes the cake.
  
  I hope to do some solid gaming today, but I'm not sure what I want to play.  I also saw The Purge last week, pretty good.  Saw This is the End today, decent, not great, review of that coming after I finish this blog post.  Also, need to do some editing, that doesn't end, but after seeing this article, I feel more focused than usual.

  Fallout 3 Question #2 and PS3 Memory Question

  wow, two Fallout question posts tells you I'm engaged, but confused about what is going on.  So I don't have enough experience in explosives to defuse the bomb in Megaton, but I'm not far from the next level.  I am debating doing the next Survival Quest for Moira, but it requires me crossing most of the map.  Is this a good/bad idea?

  ordered the Vita yesterday, should be here today/tomorrow - got the extra memory and thanks to @Uesugi-dono, I also upgraded to Playstation Plus.

  And this leads into my next question/issue, which I am sure I've broached before.  I have a 40GB Metal Gear Solid PS3.  The system says I have about 2000 MB free.  I have cleared out the utitilty data, but I'm not sure what else I can remove before I free up several gigs of space.  I did see online that I can buy an external hard drive and format it and I'm good to go, is that true?  Is there anywhere else I can see what's eating up space?  I cleared out the Blu-ray data too.  I wonder if I can delete Netflix as well.  Thoughts, ideas, cookies?  It is as black as night here, and it is 9.30 in the morning.  We are getting hammered with rain on the East Coast!!
