  Enjoyed AITD5

  

  
  AITD 5 reminded me of PSOne days. AITD: The New Nightmare was superb with rich graphics and sound effects. It really got some chilling moments and horror music.
  The graphics in AITD 5 are superb and detailed. The dark cinematic atmoshpehere is awesome. The whole game is full of cinematic sequences. The music is also amusing and well matches the environment. The story is well written. The characters are good. The voice acting is also good.

  
  AITD 5 offers unique kind of gameplay rather thn traditional quests - door key finding & unlocking. Fire is the main element of the game. Its full of head scratching puzzles based on use of fire. Throwing and shooting moltovs and cans is to lit up the things and killing enemies is very nice. Fire is very much realistic and it follows the rules of physics. So you can lit up every wooden thing and also get hurt when you are near. You can also extinguish it with fire. The healing mechanism is also really good and its in realtime just like deadspace where you cannot pause the game to heal yourself. This gives you in-the-game feel. I hope RE5 should come up with this feature.
  
  The controls are not so good but after 1-2 hours of gameplay your mind adjusts itself and it would be a no problem after 2-3 hours. The enemies are tough and ONLY fire can kill them. Some players find it a pain in the a** but i think its good that way, this is not a zombie apocalypse or some alien invasion, this is Evil. Theres variety of killing options like mixing the bullets with oil so that they lit the enemies after shooting. But at some places oil cans are not available and if you dont have oil cans or explosives you have to make a good run and find fire. I got killed several times and after retries i managed to get to the fire. Theres also one another interesting way to kill - come closer and spray with lighter and it acts like a flamethower. The boss fights are tight and tough and you ordinary bullets are useless on them. You have limited space in you jacket (inventory) so you have to use your inventory management skills.
  
  I think theres a bug in the game in PC version, When you save the game in the middle the next time you load you have to play it from the beginning. Every Episode has 4-5 chapters so instead of startng from save point it starts from the beginning of the Episode which is very much annoying especially in the last episode. In the beginning of last episode at the train crash site theres horde of enemies and you have to run hard to evade them and find some oil cans and after that you are given a very long objective (destroy evil towers) and saving in the middle not works. So its very tedious to play the episode from the beginning, again evade tough enemies, to the way up here. So i quit the game and uninstalled it, as i cant stop myself playing other most awaited games - DeadSpace, GTA Africa (Farcry2) etc. I have kept the save file and i might play it in january (after GTA 4 and POP lol) when i have nothing new to play.
  
  This game was very good time pass for me. Even after reading the bad reviews all over the net i decided to play this game, thanks to my friend saurabh who recommended it otherwise i might have missed this gem. I also recommend this to the fans of AITD games. Play it if controls are not an issue for you.

  Completed DMC 4!

  

  Its such a wonderful game it reminds me of Mortal Kombat Trilogy where i tried every single fatality, brutality etc. Theres so much to learn about DMC 4. I dont have a controller so it was tough to perform some combos in DMC 4. Even though, i learned most of Nero's combo's by practising but still coudnt perform "Caliber" combo.

  Some Secret missions are very difficult and i was able to complete only the first one and that too after several retries. Too much retrying wastes time and i think it also effects mission time rankings.

  I personally liked Dante because of variery in combat skills. I liked swordmaster and gunslinger I didnt tried trickster and royal guard because i liked to learn swordmaster and gunslinger completely. Now i will learn both (Trickster & royal guard) of them in Devil Hunter Mode. Gilgamesh and Lucifer are my favorite addon weapons. I wonder wherether the Pandora has got realy 600+ variations in the game?

  The graphics are mindblowing and cutscenes are marvellous. And story is really wonderful. Music is awesome especially combat music. The ending sequence music was very amusing too. I really love music of Capcom's Games. I think Capcom has developed their own Unreal 3 Engine! These thinkgs really sucks you in and makes you part of the game.

  After completing the game i have unlocked most of the stuff. But theres still two more items which shows "????" in bonus items menu. I cheked the Nero's and Dante's combat info lists and i think there's still much to unlock. Capcom is really smart for their making games higly replayable through lots of unlockable items at the end and i love it. I remember i played "Mercenary Mode" more than 40 times in Resident Evil 3 to buy unlimited Rocket Launcer! I will upload DX 10 gameplay screenshots when i will replay the game in Devil hunter mode.

  Playing DMC 4 is really refreshing as theres no new good games coming after GOW & Bioshock. Now i am really waiting to play the most anticipating game of the year "Farcry 2". For now I am gonna try out Alone in the Dark even theres lot of negative reviews about it. I really dont care if its controls sucks, 1 or 2 levels sucks, all i need is superb graphics and gameplay.

  Finally bought a Card!

  Yesterday was the happiest day of my gaming life when i bought a Graphic Card.

  ItsSapphire ATIRadeon2600 XT 512GDDR3.

  Also upgraded the RAMs to the Max DDR2 667 1GBx2.

  Now i wanna play all the latest above 8 Rating games with full eyecandy.
