All About vishakhenzo2005
although the wii has almost gone through half of his 'life' for this generation..it is something i do not want to miss on!! and for some reason im proud to be a WII owner!!
Yea i know most of you guys already know this, but iam here to put some light on this subject.
So as we all know HOT PURSUIT was announced on E3..and we have a lot of expectations and by reading most of the comments by users i think a lot of people are expecting a comeback from the all so deteriorating series. So what can we expect? the trailer was obviously awesome and showcased what seemed an entire new gameplay mechanics. After watching the gameplay movie i think we can expect something unique. Its what we all loved..the cops the choppers the long pursuits, but this time we are not going to evade or the chase the AI,its real people!! Now this sounds pretty amazing especially because its NFS.The Split screen gameplay is also a really good add on, and obviously i think its the only thing which caused Burnout Paradise from nearly being perfect. And it has also been announced that the map is going to be four times larger than the fictional paradise city. But i think what makes people really is excited is because its from the makers of the burnout franchise themselves Criterion Games and Black Box!Some people have actually waited for the HOT PURSUIT franchise to return and is almost a must buy game for them. Now what made the NFS series so famous once even though its gameplay was not at par with burnout is because of its somewhat 'stylish' it offerred to the players and a more versatile and unique list of car selections. But as with the last couple of games i think EA learned that its not enough for a game to be recieved well by the public. So with all this expectations;is it time for a new beginning,is the series finally back? i guess like all good predictors all i can say is...LETS WATCH AND WAIT..
ITZ BACK! ITZ BACK! ITZ BACK!
Now lets talk about the highy anticipated PS3 exclusive Gran Turismo 5.Its expected to be a jawbreaker. A revolution in the racing game genre. But will it live up to its hype?? Is it going to be worth the wait?? After 4 years of production with a budget of 60 million, yea we should expect a lot!We have already seen what it look like and in my opinion there is no match to its amazing graphics. But obviously that only wont do the trick, its experience that matters after all.But after listening to what the game has to offer from the producers and designers themeselves i think we can expect a unique racing simulation.Talking about the head-tracking,the 3D effects, i think what Gran Turismo is trying to produce is an experience so life-like that you will feel the urge to race the next time u sit back behind the wheels of a real car. With a selection of a whooping 1000 cars and tons of different tracks the experince is almost unlimited and for someone who is a die hard fan of the industry this game is like a dream come true.Replicating each and every part of the cars exactly as they appear in real life and introducing a vast variety of them is what makes this game so appealing.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT? EXCEPT AMAZEMENT
Now comparing the two highly anticipated game we can first of all say that its going to be a problem for PS3 owners only, kinda like the Infamous VS Prototype case,We have two massive games to choose from! And buying both just wont seem economical. Two racing games is just too much for any gamer and that too in one month. But the only thing which we should keep in mind is that both games are striving for different experiences. While hot pursuit is trying to bring back the fun in evading and chasing cars, Gran Turismo is mostly trying to replicate the real life scenario of driving a real car.I think a demo can easily make any gamer decide which game they want.I hope its going to be a good battle, and also hope that both games are WORTH THE WAIT..
So recently I played a lot of 'M' rated games...and i was wondering why were these games actually rated M?? for the nudity scenes ..for the gore...intense violence or the drug reference..Plenty of reasons..which put me into a thought process as to is the word Mature right for these games..
Take for example the GTA series...great game obviously..first to achieve success in open world adventure in my perspective...and rated mature..now obviously the reason its rated mature is because of the strip clubs and the drug reference..but if you actually think for a minute and imagine a 'Mature' person playing a game...like for example some elder member of your family like your elder brother or your father. someone whom you can easily refer to as mature in every way playing a game which contains nudity and stuff...well that will seriously really freak me out if u ask me..
IS IT REALLY THAT NECESSARY??
Well there are a lot games out there which suprise me because of their absolutely superfluous incusuion of nudity..adult content and illogical violence..and all that is defined by just that one word. Now i dont know whether people actually buy these games for all that stuff...but all i can think of is that these are just indirect ways to access adult content for teenagers and kids..why would a grown up want to watch graphic nudity, when he's legal enough to access it directly. So the whole point of having this kind of content in games seems pretty uncanny.well i suppose the only reason why this content is present is to attract teenagers and tweens.
Now iam not entirely opposed to adult content in gaming.if its necessary for the plot its obviously mot a problem...you wont find it stupid when you see with what madison page does on heavy rain...it was something which actually helped get to know her character better...the plot should obviously not be compromised..but i dont want gaming to turn into a totally cheap source of entertainment
Now why iam arguing to the fact that games like GTA,godfather 2,afra samurai are rated as mature is because well i dont think any mature person would play it.We use the term mature a lot to define someone whos more understandable or someone who has more experince in life and has learned from that experience and we tend to respect that person.well although that might not be the dictionary defination..but thats what it really symbolises..and well when someone actually waits for a couple of years to turn 18 just to play games like these...i dont think he would be really satisfied with what he gets....i might have found those graphic adults scenes 'enetertaining' when i was 15 or 16 but now i can define it in only one word 'IMMATURE'...THANKYOU...
