i jus got the game for christmas, really fun. i love swordplay showdown. ping pong, basketball, and air sports are also awsome.
This is definitely on my list to buy. that one thing i love about nintendo from nes to the wii they make games fun to play !!!!
i just got the game its awesome my most favourite is swordplay but i still like the other games this games great!
what sucks about wii sports resort is that golf and bowling are too acurate, the table tennis is really good. so id rather play golf and bowling in the origional wii sports. my fav sports resort game is island flyover.
My best friend told me that this was the the most best game he has ever played. It only took him 5 minutes to get addicted to this game and he says I have to buy this! After seeing the review, I'm thinking he might be right, But I'll have to see how good it is when I play it.
Just bought the game; mostly because toys r' us had buy one get one half off on WII games. I am glad I picked it up. The sword fighting is definitely a highlight and the games are refreshing. Only qualm is that it's a lot more enjoyable with two players, which means you need to buy another wii motion plus adapter. So expect another 20 bucks if you want to experience some of the "two player" excitement.
Wow! I of course knew I'll end up with this game eventually, the very second I heard it had swordplay, but the previews and reviews just keep inspiring me to buy it sooner rather than later. Also, excellent presentation on the review, it gave perspective and insight into the ups and downs of the game but didn't sound like a spread sheet - and that's where all reviews live or die.
Great review, Randolph! The game is great, the only thing I wuld change is the cycling, maybe not take it out COMPLETELY, but at least change it so that it was a bit more enjoyable.
@ ezsqueeze95 Go to Gamestop or software etc, and see if they have a used copy, sometime they have used copies of games brand new especially in bigger cities....
hmm. duel sword fighting is not random waggling.. I guranteed that random waggling may work at first, but later you will be beaten so bad without any tactic.
can you buy it without the wii motion plus? i already have one from tiger woods 10, and i only have one remote. long story dont ask. so i dont really need it. i suppose i could always sell it, but i would rather not
watching this makes me wanna shut down my laptop and go play it again :) its really fun! and ive only played it on one player! even if you do only play it one player, its great for a quick blast after some hardcore fraggin on COD4 or UT3 ;) great review

too bad it only comes with 1 wii motion plus ( i think ill buy this today but ill will have to get another motion plus to play with others)
