When selecting a character, press LP or LK

After you win a match and your character does his/her victory pose, press Start. You'll be able to attack your fallen opponent while he/she is down.

Complete the first 5 team matches in Arcade Mode with a hyper combo finish. Then defeat Akuma. A selection for a full combo gauge will now appear on the options screen.

Highlight Magneto and press Left on the character selection screen.

Go to the top row of characters and press up to select Akuma.

Highlight Chun Li at the character select screen. Hold Start for 5 seconds, then press any button.

Place the cursor to the left, or right, of the character you wish to have two of. Move the cursor onto the character and HOLD the joystick, so that the cursor begins to scroll via the Random Character function. Then, Select that same character, Either by manually timing it or by luck, and the cursor will reappear on that character, allowing you to select it again.
