How easy is it to get all heat actions?

Is it possible to preform all heat action w/o doing any sidequests other than the revelations.... for example if I dont train with a master to buy weapons can I still find the weapons somewhere?

Also if I start a premium new game, do all my completion lists reset (aka only my stats carry over) and if I got weapon master certificates do these dissapear as well (aka only basic items you can use and equip carry over)?

You will not miss any heat actions if you followed a guide. Some heat actions can be tricky to pull off like the rope heat action and the second two for one heat action.

You will need to do the IF7 fights. You obtain the cigarette heat action from the Majima IF7 fight. As for the dude on the beach (Kali, Tonfa, Nunchaku teacher), you have to train with him otherwise the weapons are not available to buy.

Stats such as minigames, food, lockers, revelation, heat action (lists which heat actions you have done), weapon modifications will reset once you start a Premium New Game (PNG). Items in your hideout and Kazuma's abilities does not reset once your start a Premium New Game. I think the certificates do disappear but if you have the Kali sticks in your hideout in PNG you can use them without having to train with the guy again.
